Rob Henneke

President and CEO

Recognizing the power of information to intelligently manage retail business, Rob Henneke was an early adaptor of retail systems. He exemplifies RPE’s commitment to advanced technologies to help clients address their most pressing challenges in today’s evolving retail environment. RPE continually adds practices and solutions to optimize the retailer’s performance. Under Henneke’s leadership, RPE has grown to become a trailblazer in retail systems consulting, implementation, cloud hosting and data center services.

Henneke is a seasoned retail executive with more than 35 years of hands-on experience in operations, systems, sales and distribution. He began his retail career at Gold Medal Sports gaining the experience to rapidly move up the ranks holding corporate merchandising and management positions with Herman’s and JumboSports. Throughout his retail career, he was instrumental in advising on potential technology investments to address company needs. He made a career move to consulting when he joined RPE in 2000 responsible for new business, marketing, customer relationship management and project management.

In a continuously expanding role, he was promoted in 2010 to executive vice president and in 2019 as president and chief executive officer where he leads the highly-skilled consulting team working to build solutions for retailers across multiple channels to enhance the customer shopping experience, optimize sales, increase margin and manage inventory.

Mark Stanford

Executive Vice President

Mark Stanford works closely with clients providing insight into retail processes and best practices. His depth of retail experience and rich knowledge of the IT industry allows for a complete understanding of the supply chain process to make recommendations leading to bottom line improvements. He is a former retail chief technology officer with a unique combination of technical and functional skills. Stanford has recruited and attracted results-driven associates that have a complete understanding of the omnichannel business process resulting in increased financials, improved inventory and enhanced customer satisfaction for RPE clients.

As the chief technology officer and vice president of Hancock Fabrics, he was responsible for overseeing software implementations and upgrades to support 450 locations. He also held programming and analyst positions with Bryan Foods and Data Systems Management. Prior to joining RPE, he was owner/president of ImplementIT, an independent contractor specializing in JDA implementations. He joined RPE in 2008 as vice president responsible for customer relationship management and project management. Promoted to executive vice president in 2019, his passion for driving innovation through the development of new services and solutions has contributed to an expanding client list of successes. His focus is in the areas of Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, Replenishment, Business Intelligence, Cloud Hosting and Systems Management.

Jack Walworth

Chief Financial Officer

As a fiscally conscious and goal driven financial management leader, Walworth was one of RPE’s first employees when the company was established in 1999. A hands-on senior executive, his financial management and auditing career spans more than 30 years in the retail, distribution and food service industries. Beginning his career as an internal auditor at Domino’s Pizza Distribution Corp., he moved up the ranks into the controller position where the distribution center consistently performed within the top 5 of 30 in profitability. He has held controller-related positions at Reilly Dairy, Northlake Foods and JumboSports.

Serving RPE as controller and then promoted to CFO in 2019, he is responsible for overall financial strategy and direction as well as human resources. Within finance, he oversees treasury management,  accounting, tax and auditing aligning financial and business metrices to support business and growth strategies. He utilizes his extensive auditing and financial management background in guiding RPE in financial decisions where he prepares annual audits and monthly financial statements and reporting. He continually assesses and evaluates RPE’s financial performance with regard to short- and long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Within human resources, he is responsible for personnel administration, compliance, payroll, 401k management and establishing, streamlining and enforcing company policies and procedures.
